SPRITUAL LESSONS
Day 1, Students studied about going beyond (our lowly) position with God. The message was God is holy, we are sinful, the chasm is great between us.
Today (Day 2), Students were taught the importance of our faith (vs. performance) is the key to our relationship with God. God calls us to obedience but whatever our performance is irrelevant in relation to God’s Grace for us. God’s judgment on a) our guilt b) our punishment has been washed away by Christ’s blood.
Will we have faith in God that he there for us? Will we go beyond our own performance and put our faith in God?
