The Teaching Ministry

The purpose of the Teaching Ministry at First Baptist, Calvert City, is to help people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ and with others.  This is accomplished, for the most part, in small groups.  Our Sunday Morning Bible study classes are age-graded from babies and preschoolers through adults and are focused on the three tasks of Building Relationships, Growing in God's Word, and Service to Others.  Classes meet from 9:00 to 10:00 am.  Additionally, messages offered during the majority of our Sunday evening services will focus on a teaching series.  Notes from those sessions are available below.
