Jim Ewing

Brother Jim Ewing is a native of Oregon and came to us in October 2008 from First Baptist Church of Paducah where he served as Disicpleship Pastor and then Associate Pastor.   Prior to entering the ministry, Jim served for over 23 years in the US Air Force as a B-52 pilot in additon to several command and staff assignments.  He graduated from the US Air Force Academy with a degree in Aeronautical Engineering and from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.  His wife Cheryl is a Registered Nurse.  They have four children:  Joshua, Christopher, Sarah, and Stephen.

Rick Johnson

Rick Johnson has been on staff at First Baptist, Calvert City for 18 years.  He has served on staff at churches in Tennessee and Kentucky.   He serves as a volunteer chaplain at Western Baptist Hospital, Marshall County Hospital, and is endorsed by the North American Mission Board Chaplains' Commission.  Rick received the Bachelor of Music Education degree from Union University in Jackson, Tennessee and a Master of Church Music degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He is married to Mona Johnson.  They have two children, Patrick and Will.  Rick is active in the community as director of a Community Thanksgiving Choir each year.  He also directs a community Senior Adult Choir that presents musical programs throughout the area.   He currently serves as treasurer of the Calvert City Ministerial Fellowship.

Donna Ford

Donna graduated from Lyon County High School and has a diploma in Office Technology from West Kentucky Technical College. She also has completed several Office Technology classes at Paducah Technical College. Donna has worked at several businesses in the area including FLW Outdoors, Alcan Composits, Lynx Services, and West Kentucky Allied Services. Her hobbies include reading and scrapbooking as well as spending time with her family and friends.
